Senior Adults are a vital part of the ministry at First Baptist. Through our worship times, Bible study classes, retreats, fellowship fish fry nights and conferences, senior adults are reminded of God's love and His call for them to minister in His name. Many of our senior adults serve as teachers, choir members, greeters, worship care volunteers, committee members, and mission team members.

Several day trips are also included in our activities and take place throughout the year:

• Louisiana Baptist Singing Women's Concert in February
• Dutch treat lunch at an area restaurant in April
• A visit to the Blue Bell Ice Cream Company in August
